The Leadership Academy is a practical leadership development program founded by Glenda Lewis — a Harvard-trained leadership expert and former CFO, COO and CEO who's led over 3,000 people and turned around 25+ companies. We work with CEOs, GMs, HR leaders and newly promoted managers across NZ, Australia and beyond, helping them build teams that take initiative instead of needing constant hand-holding.

My core program runs 16 weeks (private cohort or open enrolment), and I've built it to take under 90 minutes a week so it fits around your job, not instead of it. You'll leave with my own frameworks — the 6 Steps of Delegation, A/B/C Player Diagnostics, and the 4 Tough Conversation Models — plus direct coaching with me the whole way through, so it actually sticks instead of gathering dust like a one-off workshop.
