New Zealand Businesswomen (NZBW) and New Zealand Business Academy (NZBA) are not-for-profit organisations dedicated to supporting the growth, development, and success of business owners and leaders across New Zealand. NZBW provides a nationwide community where women can connect, collaborate, learn, and grow through meaningful relationships, peer support, networking, and business development opportunities. NZBA complements this by delivering practical training, coaching, leadership development, and business education designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Together, the organisations help business owners build confidence, capability, and sustainable success through a combination of community, learning, and real-world expertise
