As a partner and managing director of Better Building Support, I specialise in keeping our business running while at the same time suppporting contruction business owners how are a little confused about setting things up. I oversee internal administration, client onboarding, and the integration of key platforms including Fergus, Groundplan, and Xero. I develop scalable workflows, SOPs, and documentation that strengthen business performance, support team capability, and ensure long‑term operational resilience.
