Hi there, my name is Sam & I am The Energy Mechanik,Supporting busy women to slow down, reset & feel deeply relaxed with Reiki.
Women carry a lot. We have families & careers that require us to carry heavy emotional and mental loads, with constant pressure to keep going, women sometimes miss subtle clues to slow down, ending up feeling overwhelmed and exhausted stuck in a cycle of rinse and repeat.
I bring Reiki to those ready to feel an energetic shift in their lives, to step out of feeling overwhelmed. Through gentle, grounding energy-based practices, I am here to support women to quiet their racing thoughts, reconnect with their bodies and restore a sense of calm and balance.
Sessions are designed to be accessible, nurturing, and practical. Because relaxation shouldn't feel like another task on the 'to-do' list.
Reiki is a beautiful compliment to your wellness routine.

ReikiWhat is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese for of energy healing that dates back to the early 1900s, however has been said to go back as far as 2000 years.
The word Rei means 'universal' and Ki means 'life force energy'. Together Reiki translates to 'universal life force energy'- a natural flow that moves through all living things.
Reiki is used across many different cultures and settings, from wellness clinics and hospitals, to home practices. Used to promote relaxation, reduce stress and support the bodies natural ability to heal itself.
This is an energetic practice than anyone can benefit from, no matter what the back ground.
Within my own practice, The Energy Mechanik, I use Reiki as part of my healing sessions, as I love blending the universal energy with my intuition & seeing where the energy flows.
Each session is unique, because you are unique. Offering exactly what your mind, body & energy need in that moment.
What I see in clients is more than relaxation, I see changes within their energy that transforms something within.
How will your session unfold with me?
We take a few moments to set intentions, you will make yourself comfortable on the healing table (remaining fully clothed). I guide you through a short grounding meditation to connect you within.
This next part is where literally anything can happen.. I am shown where to go, what to do & how to do it. Trust that the energy flow will go exactly where it is needed in that moment.
I take notes as I go, and afterwards we chat and I share with you, your guidance that flowed. You take home your notes & aftercare instructions to enhance & nurture your Reiki session.

Why I'm in the NZ Businesswomen
Joining the NZBW was a big step forward for myself and my business. Although I have been doing this for several years now, I knew it was time to expand and put myself out in the world.I was invited to join as a guest by Becky (IV Boutique), I was nervous, but excited to meet the women and see what its all about.
The women are amazing, everyone brings their own experience's and knowledge through and there was a feeling of fitting in right from the start.
I followed through and became a member for several reasons- not just to grow my business, but to grow personally by putting myself out there and being seen and heard. I really enjoy the diverse group we have, everyone has something we can learn from and share ideas. I joined to be part of a community of women who listen with compassion and without judgement.
I am really looking forward to all the amazing opportunities the NZBW brings forward.

My point of difference
I bring a grounded and practical approach in with each session. There's no fluff, forced positivity or quick fixes.I understand the role women play in real-life, I have raised two boys, now young adults, juggled working full time along with completing an automotive apprenticeship, keeping the house running, making sure everyone is sorted and not having a moment to catch my breath. Running on chaos, coffee and anxiety.
My point of difference lies in the way I bridge real-world experience with energy based practices, to assist you in coming back to yourself, to return to a sense of feeling lighter and relaxed.
I am here to support you returning to your natural rhythm.
